Moïsé Léon y Isaac Georges Lévy fueron empleados de Ferrier père et fils et Soulier, a los cuales sucedieron (Paris 113 bd de Sébastopol) en 1864. A partir de 1873, Lévy continua ayudado de sus hijos Ernest y Lucien, con la sociedad "J. Lévy et Cie".
