Otro de los grandes del postalismo cordobés es el óptico y fotógrafo aficionado Agustín Fragero Serrano (Córdoba 1885-1943). Este mítico personaje de la ciudad ya vendía en 1906 todo tipo de tarjetas postales en su célebre comercio de la calle Gondomar 4.
